This will be a musing blog, a muser's blog, and, we hope, an amusing blog. We will strive for the lighter side, but will spice the recipe with some tang every so often.
I am a writer of fiction and non-fiction, a fitness website guy (http://uptofitness.com), and a bit of a maverick. Okay, so that moniker is overdone and even a little amorphous. Kind of like ruminationism. Alright, so it's not a real word, but this is not the real world.
